About this contract
This tender relates to a joint procurement exercise for Occupational Health Services (OHS) undertaken by Herefordshire Council and Hoople Ltd. Herefordshire Council and Hoople Ltd understand the importance of keeping people well (physically and mentally) at work and therefore are seeking a provider who will work proactively with their employees, line managers and HR Advisers to ensure the delivery of effective OHS. Upon award, the Provider will have separate contracts with the Clients for the provision of OHS. Both contracts will commence the service on 1 April 2024 and will be for a period of 3 years, with the option to extend for a period up to 24 months. The Invitation to Tender (ITT) is being carried out under the Light Touch Regime (LTR) allowed within The Public Contract Regulations 2015, Reg 74 to 77 and therefore applies the flexibilities afforded under above regulation. These flexibilities include, but are not limited to, a relatively high threshold (the LTR covers social, health, education and other services, up to a threshold of £663,540 incl VAT).
