FaME is an evidence-based postural stability programme, with research demonstrating that community-based falls prevention programmes are proven to reduce falls and improve outcomes for older adults. The provider must deliver 18 FaME programmes of 24-week progressive duration of postural stability-based sessions within the community at selected venues throughout the borough to those people who have been identified by relevant professionals/organisations or for self-referrals and meet the referral criteria.£217,350
