Who we are

Dailir is a UK service that reads public tender notices and sends you the ones that fit your business. It’s operated from the United Kingdom. Questions or requests about your data: hello@dailir.co.uk.

What we collect

The short version: as little as the product needs, and nothing to resell.

Your account — your email address (that’s how you sign in; there are no passwords) and, if you add them, your company name and Companies House number.

Your matching profile — the sectors, keywords, regions, value band and hidden buyers you choose. This exists solely to pick the tenders you see.

Your activity — which tenders you save or hide, and a record of each digest email we send you (so we can measure whether the digest is worth your inbox).

We don’t use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Our analytics (Plausible) is cookieless and can’t identify you. The only cookies are the ones that keep you signed in.

What we use it for

To run the service you asked for: matching tenders to your profile, showing your feed, and sending the morning digest if you have it switched on. We also keep error logs (Sentry) to fix things when they break. That’s the list — no selling, no sharing for marketing, no profiling beyond the filters you set yourself.

Where it lives

Your data is stored with Supabase in the EU (London). Delivery runs on Vercel (hosting), Railway (processing) and Resend (email sending) — each processes data only to provide their part of the service.

Public tender data

The tenders and buyers you see aren’t personal data — they’re public sector procurement notices from Find a Tender and Contracts Finder, used under the Open Government Licence v3.0. They exist independently of your account.

Your rights and how to leave

You can unsubscribe from the digest with one click in any email, or toggle it in your account. Deleting your account (Account → Delete account) erases your profile, filters, saved tenders and email address immediately and permanently — self-service, no email required. You also have the usual UK GDPR rights (access, correction, erasure, complaint to the ICO at ico.org.uk); write to hello@dailir.co.ukfor anything the buttons don’t cover.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we’ll say so on this page and, if you get the digest, in an email. The date at the top is always current.
