About this contract
National Museums Liverpool (NML) wishes to provide a holistic occupational health (OH) and employee assistance programme (EAP) to all our staff and volunteers across the charity and commercial areas of the business. This is to fully support staff to manage their health and wellbeing, consider prevention and early intervention by collaboratively utilizing resources and information provided by the EAP and by the OH provider to promote support and self-help, as well as provide accessible support and information to better enable managers to manage attendance, absence and facilitate staff returning to work. The scope of this tender is divided into the following two lots: Lot 1: Provision of an Employee Assistance Programme Lot 2: Provision of Occupational Health Management Referrals and On-Demand OH Assessments Tenderers can bid for one or both lots as each Lot will be evaluated and awarded on an individual Lot basis. Accordingly, NML reserves the right to award the contract to the most advantageous tenderer per lot, which may be to one or two suppliers. Tenderers are advised that the contract is timetabled to start 1 June 2024, to coincide with the expiry of current service provisions. Please refer to the tender pack for further details.
