About this contract

NHS Doncaster CCG is looking to appoint lists of 'Any Qualified Providers' in the following services: • LOT 1 - Low Risk Glaucoma Community Monitoring Service • LOT 2 - Intra Ocular Pressure and Visual Fields Referral Refinement Service • LOT 3 - Direct Cataract Referral and Post-Operative Assessment Service • LOT 4 - Children's Post Vision Screening Service • LOT 5 - Minor Eye Care Service Further information regarding these services and details of how to apply are contained in the suite of documents attached to download on the procurement portal www.nhssourcing.co.uk Please note the deadline for completed submissions is 12 noon on 24th May 2019.
