About this contract

To procure a Healthwatch service established to promote better outcomes for both adults and children in health and social care as well as strengthening the voice of people and giving them influence both nationally and locally. This organisation will be known as Healthwatch North Tyneside and will be at the heart of ensuring health and care services are centred on patients and users.
