About this contract

The Council intends to commission a single provider or consortium to provide a Young Person's Prevention and Support service within Calderdale which includes a Supported Lodgings scheme. The purpose of this Service is to engage and support young people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, focussing particularly on the 16-21 age group, through a mixed service provision.All documentation is available at www.yortender.co.uk
