About this contract

Regeneration of the external garden in between the 4 blocks of flats at Lockeys Terrace. All the flats are tenanted with a mix of YCH Leaseholders, YCH Tenants and Private Owners/Tenants. The land is on a gradient and requires regeneration in accordance with the specification and is aimed to be low maintenance once completed. There will be a requirement for access through the area whilst work is being undertaken; this will be discussed with the Project Manager prior to commencement.
