About this contract

Yorkshire Biotec is a new business that has been established as a commercial vehicle for several projects. These include; registration of herbal medicinal products, delivering products through the buccal membrane of the mouth, a number of pharmaceutical product development programmes and the provision of services to other businesses. Currently, we ship samples to Nottingham at considerable expense to have GMP analytics undertaken on them. We wish to enhance our in-house research and development capabilities by establishing an analytical unit in Hull. This will save considerable money on analysis, which is the major cost component of our product development programmes. As a result we are seeking to purchase a high performance thin layer chromatography system.
