About this contract

1 Summary of Requirements 1.1 Walsall Council is inviting bids from suitably resourced and experienced suppliers, for the provision of Horticultural and Amenity related chemicals. 1.2 The chemicals are for use by the Council's Clean and Green Services Section within the Borough of Walsall. 1.3 The Council cannot guarantee minimum or maximum requirements. A list of chemicals and approximate annual usage is provided in ITT D - D.06 Pricing Schedule. 1.4 The successful bidder will be required to provide FOC delivery within 7 days of orders being placed. 1.5 Delivery points will be located within the borough of Walsall, and will normally be: The Environmental Depot 200 Pelsall Road Brownhills Walsall WS8 7EN 1.6 The Council is looking to appoint one supplier for this Contract. 1.7 The procurement process being used is open tender.
