About this contract

Haringey Council ("the Council") is in process of re-commissioning accommodation-based Women's Complex Needs 24 Hour Supported Housing Service. The Council is seeking to commission approximately 13 units of accommodation with 24 hour support for women with a history of homelessness experiencing multiple disadvantages including (but not limited) to: • substance misuse needs, including those who are pre-contemplative. • mental health and learning difficulties. • chaotic lifestyles, including those displaying anti-social behaviour. • History of offending behaviour. • History of children being removed from her care and/or at risk of further removals. • Affected by or at risk of sex working. The service will operate a flexible delivery model and provide medium to high support that offers people a personalised pathway away from homelessness, which builds on their strengths and aspirations for the future.
