About this contract

West Northamptonshire Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to provide CCTV maintenance and administration services of Council's CCTV system. The CCTV control room at West Northants monitors over 460 CCTV cameras across West and North Northants providing services to safeguard visitors as well as providing essential evidential data to the Police for the detection and prosecution of crime. The maintenance contract is essential in ensuring all equipment relating to the CCTV operation remains in optimal condition whilst also providing expert advice into the development and future proofing of the service in relation to developing technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and Cloud based services. The tender is split into two Lots, each representing different service levels: o Lot 1: All-Inclusive (Platinum level maintenance contract) o Lot 2: Non-Inclusive (Gold level maintenance contract) Additional information: Is a Recurrent Procurement Type? : No
