About this contract

The City Council requires a defunct Office building to be demolished and removed from site. Prior to the demolition, the adjacent Annex building needs to be made a fully stand-alone building, including water supply, heating, fire alarm, etc. This same Annex may remain occupied during part of the demolition project.
