About this contract

Hillingdon Council is seeking a suitably experienced contractor to deliver a programme of window replacements to the Sheltered Scheme known as Barr Lodge and the adjoining properties in Bond Close. Circa 47 occupied dwellings in Yiewsley West ward. (1-32 Barr Lodge including communal areas & Flats 1 - 15 Bond Close). The proposed contract will be based upon a competitive tender using the scope of works prepared by Allen Construction Consultancy with each element being priced for each element of the required works.
