About this contract

Paradigm Housing Group owns and manages more than 14,500 homes across London and the South East and we have 450 staff. This tender is for the provision of Window Cleaning Services to Paradigm Housing Group Ltd. The tender is divided into two Lots. Lot 1 - Domestic Lot 2 - High Rise & Tall Buildings. The contract will be awarded for a period of 2 years with possible additional 3 years as "plus ones" depending on satisfactory completion of annual KPIs (2+1+1+1 = 5 max)
