About this contract

"to provide a standalone single storey education building on the site of the Winchcombe primary school. The building will be approx 75 sqm2 and to provide education accommodation, and to be light weight timber frame structure, primarily off - site construction. This will be a turn-key project covering all services, from planning, design to construction and handover under a D&B contract.
