About this contract

Arts Council England Funded Project with a budget of £340,000 to undertake improvements to the buildings heating and cooling. William Morris Gallery Mechanical and Electrical Works. WMG is the only accredited museum dedicated to Morris (10,000+ objects),owned and operated by London Borough of Waltham Forest, set in a 1740's Grade II* Georgian house, Lloyd Park, Walthamstow. We are seeking an M&E contractor to deliver heating and cooling improvements which are sympathetic to protecting the fabric and longevity of the heritage building & collection. Tender period will be between 18/12.2024 (12:00PM) to 15/01/2025 (17:00PM). Site visits are available upon appointment.
