Wigan Council wishes to commission a suitable consultant to produce a new Asset Management Strategy by reviewing the key challenges facing the Council, developing proposals around how these challenges can be addressed ensuring high levels of decency and compliance are achieved, whilst also meeting our low carbon aspiration.
