About this contract

In order for the Trust to drive forward in these challenging times, new ways of working must be established to ensure collaborative and adaptive transformation. To do this, a strategic focus will need to be developed with a sense of individual responsibility, accountability and ownership, whilst working towards a shared goal and vision that meets organisational objectives and team service outcomes. This programme is designed and required to ensure the team of three are equipped with the necessary skills and behaviours to embrace and embed a clinically led model.
