About this contract

1. Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust provides wheelchair services to the following: G.P surgeries covered by: • West of Berkshire CCG and GP surgeries • South Oxfordshire overlap - hereditary and diminishing numbering 20 at 27.8.18 1.1 The contract shall cover all of the following elements: Delivery, collection and storage service Decontamination Repair service Modification service Reconditioning service Planned preventative maintenance service on electric wheelchairs & nominated heavy users Management information - Monthly reports For equipment administered by the West Berkshire wheelchair Clinic on behalf of the Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust. Please provide a separate quote for annual planned preventative maintenance for the whole wheelchair fleet as part of the tender submission bidders will be required to have a proven record in providing these servivces and the resources to provide the service to the Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust.
