Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council has secured funding to undertake refurbishment to the communal areas of 5 sheltered housing schemes (Guessens Grove, Chilton Green, Barndicott House, Acacia Street and Springfield House). The first is at Guessens Grove where the following works are required (refurbishments of existing communal door sets, new floor coverings, decorations and external works.)
