About this contract

Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council is seeking to establish a framework of contractors to undertake Minor Building Works to the Council portfolio of corporate buildings. The tender process will establish a three contractors to be initially included on the framework. These contractors will be continually assessed and if they fail to meet the minimum thresholds, they will be removed from the framework and their place taken by the next highest scoring bidder against the initial evaluation criteria.
