About this contract

Campus West is an entertainment centre in Welwyn Garden City, managed by the borough council. Campus West runs the Zebra Card offering discounts between 15% and 50% across the centre. The Zebra card is free and currently has approx. 17k active members (post GDPR). We want to undertake a detailed analysis of our data which will allow for more evidence-based decision making, and use conjoint analysis to develop a solid evidence base, including understanding motivations behind membership purchase, and help us understand the optimum approach for reviewing our offer.
