About this contract

Agency and consultancy advice is required in relation the proposed 100,000 sq. ft. head lease to the Council. It is envisaged that the office accommodation will be let to third party occupiers by the Council. This commission is in relation to market facing advice to ensure that the proposed office building will be well received by the market and meet the requirements of potential/future occupiers. A separate commission is being procured for advice on appropriate construction quality and a monitoring surveyor.
