Lot 1 Responsive (day to day) repairs and maintenance to communal areas and out of hours emergency repairs services Lot 2 Planned and cyclical works programmes (including refurbishment works and painting programmes, roof or windows and door replacements and general external envelope works) Lot 3 Gas Servicing, heating and hot water responsive repairs and new boiler installations Lot 4 Estates Services, including grounds maintenance, caretaking and cleaning services to blocks and estates based on workstreams. Lot 5 Integrated West Area Asset Management including all requirements in Lot 1, 2, 3 and 4.
