About this contract

In 2014 the Welfare Reform Task Group (sub-group of the Housing & Homelessness Forum) agreed to support the development of a Welfare Reform Support project (the Project) to support households affected by welfare reform changes. A local tender exercise was undertaken and the contract to deliver the project as a pilot for 6 months was secured by Horton Housing. Following evaluation the contract was extended until 30th June 2016. The current extended pilot scheme will expire shortly and the Council now wishes to invite tenders for the Welfare Reform Support project. The contract will be for a period of 3 years.
