About this contract

A Print Services Framework for the majority of Warwickshire County Councils printing needs, to meet the requirements for large and small volumes, confidential and non confidential printing. The contract has an initial term of two years with the option to extend by up to a maximum 24 additional months (4 years being the maximum term). Warwickshire County Council will be using its e-tendering system (In-Tend) for the administration of this procurement process and providers must register with the system to be able to express an interest. Once registered, all correspondence for this procurement process must be via the in-tend correspondence function. However, if you are unable to register with the website please email us at procurement@warwickshire.gov.uk As this is a Framework the contract value range is circa zero - £800,000.00. Please note that no volume OR Value is guaranteed. The contract value stated is estimated over the full term of the contract.
