About this contract

Warwickshire County Council have a requirement for a framework covering the provision of building responsive and planned maintenance & improvement works. This tender is designed to enable a call off Framework to be established for building responsive & planned maintenance and improvement works. The Framework will be used to provide services for Warwickshire County Council as a Landlord and to its Clients where they choose to use Construction Services to spend their own funding. Since February 2010, Coventry; Solihull; Warwickshire; Nuneaton and Bedworth; Rugby alongside other local district Councils have been working together as a shared procurement service. In conjunction with Solihull Community Housing, we have joined together to bring you a collaborative E-Tendering portal.
