About this contract

This Opportunity is for the provision of Healthy Lifestyle Services for Westminster City Council and the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea. The contracts are planned to commence on 1 June 2024 for a period of 5 years, with an option to extend for 2 years (1 + 1). The overarching aim is to procure a Lead Provider to develop and coordinate the delivery of an inclusive universal Integrated Health Lifestyle Service (IHLS) which will include bespoke services for underserved groups/communities and target support towards residents with the greatest deprivation. The services will reduce key risk factors for cardiovascular disease (CVD) and lifestyle related cancers (namely: smoking, drinking above recommended limits, unhealthy eating habits, inactivity, increasing physical activity levels, obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure and raised cholesterol) amongst residents.
