About this contract

The Client intends to enter into a Contract with the successful Tenderer for the periodic servicing and inspections, routine and responsive maintenance, repair and improvement of communal hot and cold water systems, located within its Properties to meet its repairing obligations as a landlord. The contract period will be initially for 3 years with the option to extend by up to a further 2 years
