About this contract

Defra are seeking to upgrade their Water Bills Projection Model with the most recently available company data form PR19 and WRMPs to check the validity, evidence and assumptions that its outputs are based on. The Water Bills Projection Model (WBPM) assesses the individual and cumulative impact of economic, environmental and policy drivers on customer bills in England and Wales for the period 2015-50.
