About this contract

Gloucestershire County Council (GCC) is seeking to procure a short-term service for the repair and refurbishment of waste containers used in the provision of its Household Recycling Centre Service. The containers are hook lift containers of a variety of types and sizes, ranging from 16 cu yd open containers used for soil and hardcore storage and transport to large 45-50 cu yd open and enclosed containers used for residual waste storage and transport. GCC is working to improve its management and maintenance of waste containers and is seeking a short-term service until a longer service contract can be procured (commencing 1 April 2024). GCC is requesting a quotation in the form of a price list from suitable container repair/refurbishment suppliers.
