To appoint a suitable contractor to undertake the construction of a HGV canopy including groundworks, resurfacing, engineering works, including drainage, steel frame erection, to also construct a wash bay facility, including excavation works, drainage, installation of interceptor tanks, civil engineering works, and mechanical installation of a jet wash facility.
