About this contract

We're Hampshire's largest provider of affordable homes with around 70,000 customers and 30,000 homes in the South East, mainly across Hampshire and Surrey. We have around 850 staff including our repairs team. Our ambition is to maximise opportunities to make more housing available and affordable for everyone. www.vividhomes.co.uk VIVID Housing Limited is registered in England and Wales as a registered society under the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014 under number 7544 with exempt charity status and registered with the Regulator of Social Housing, under number 4850. Our registered office is at Peninsular House, Wharf Road, Portsmouth, Hampshire, PO2 8HB. VIVID was formed as a result of a merger and has two existing supplier contracts in place for emergency out of hours telephone calls. This includes arranging emergency repairs with our operatives and contractors where needed.
