About this contract

Wirral Council, together with a range of local businesses, community groups and other stakeholders have recently formed a Coastal Community Team for New Brighton (NBCCT). The voluntary groups have a collective membership of over 650 individuals and business leads represent over 125 traders. The group has very recently been formally recognised by the Department for Communities and Local Government (DCLG) as a Coastal Community Team and has been granted funding to develop an economic plan for the area. This group's area of focus is bounded in blue on the map attached.
