About this contract

The Council are seeking a quotation for alterations and refurbishment to The Old Village Hall, Old Street, Clevedon. The project is to create a new entrance at the rear which will need to be wheelchair accessible. To install a gate at the front of the property where it meets the public highway. To erect a glass canopy across the side alley of the Village Hall building and to alter the toilet facilities by creating a unisex arrangement and disabled conveniences. The successful applicant will be expected to follow through with the undertaking of the building works and project management.
