Vehicle Maintenance Contract - 01.04.22-31.03.24 The London Borough of Waltham Forest is committed to providing high quality transport services for all vehicles owned or operated. We are keen on working with the private sector organisations to realise our ambitions. The attached specification sets out the Council's requirements to ensure compliance under VOSA guide to roadworthiness.
