About this contract

Babergh District Council is looking for expressions of interest for Refurbishment Works at Minden Road & Cavendish Way Sudbury for Babergh District Council. The works included in the ITT include various works to 4 separate, 3-storey blocks of flats, 48 flats in total. A summary of the works required includes replacement front entrance doors and screens, new door entry system, replacement balustrading and handrails, replacement fire doors to flats and internal stores, replacement external fire escapes, decoration, floor finishes, replacement bin stores, concrete repairs, roof repairs, renewal of fascias, soffites, guttering and downpipes plus other general repairs.
