About this contract

Devon and Cornwall Police, Dorset Police and Gloucestershire Police wish to appoint a RICS qualified Registered Valuer to provide asset valuations for a period of 4 (four) years with the option to extend for a further 3 (three) years for all freehold assets in the ownership of the Police and Crime Commissioner and leasehold assets as set out in the International Financial Reporting Standard 16 (IFRS 16).
