About this contract

A design and potential build of a new lido with café, gym and dance studio in Valentine's Park for Redbridge Borough, London. This is a two stage process PCSA, with the first stage being the design phase. On completion of the design phase, the Council reserves the right to continue with the supplier (Baxall Construction Limited) in the build phase. The Lido compromises of the following facilities: 25m 6-Lane Swimming Pool Infant Splashpad Café Gym Dance Studio Meeting Room Changing Facilities Outdoor Family Recreational Area
