About this contract

The works encompass the part demolition and re-building of key construction elements of the original Town Hall building; these principally a number of concrete floors and external walls. As a consequence of these works, additional works will involve the temporary removal and reinstatement of mechanical and electrical installations, fixtures and fittings and internal finishes. Additional information: This tender has now been amended to include additional work; the updated version has the reference HAR002 on 23rd July 2018.
