About this contract

The University of Worcester is currently seeking a supplier to provide routine service and maintenance of all automated doors and roller shutters on the University estate. In addition, the University is looking for a schedule of labour, rates for spare parts for ad hoc works and routine maintenance that may be required during the period of this contract. The contract will also cover project works and refurbishment within University buildings, larger projects will be contracted by way of quote. This contract will be divided into two lots and the University has the right to award these as two separate contracts, if required.
