About this contract

The purpose of the contract is to provide routine service and maintenance of all air conditioning, air handling units and other plant across the University of Worcester Estate. During the term of the contract inspections will be required across the University Estate, to conform to article 9 of the Energy Performance of Buildings. In addition to the plant listed in the attached Annex the University has five Evaporative Coolers that require servicing. These requirements will be split into three lots. The University has the right to award these as separate contracts, and to more than one supplier if so required.
