About this contract

The University seek to appoint a contractor to survey the Fire Compartmentation across the both Student Accommodation Buildings (18 No.) and Office and Teaching Buildings (23 No.). Scope to include the following: - Works Fire Compartmentation Surveys o Physical inspection of fire compartments within each building with photographs of any breaches o An inspection of existing fire seals applied to service penetrations through compartment lines o An assessment of the materials used to seal existing penetrations from existing services o An inspection of any damage to the fire compartment lines that will reduce the effectiveness of the fire compartment Details of the Buildings and Drawings are within the Tender Documents Fire Strategy Drawings o Identification of all lines of compartmentation within the buildings o Production and annotation of plans for each building in a CAD & PDF format It is anticipated that the required works are to be completed by Easter 2020 Additional information: Expression of interest and tender documents via the University of Sunderland E-Portal. https://in-tendhost.co.uk/universityofsunderland/aspx/Home Funding Type (WEFO or EU) : Not funded Is a Recurrent Procurement Type? : No
