About this contract

The University College Birmingham (UCB) seeks expressions of interest from suitably experienced organisations to provide project management services (the Services) to future projects. This opportunity relates to the procurement of a Consultant Framework, it does not relate to, or guarantee work on any specific project. This will be a Construction Consultancy Framework for a period of 4 plus 1 years. The framework will be divided into lots and will be procured by use of a pre-qualification exercise followed by a competitive tender. The Lots are as follows; 1a: Architectural - Small Works 1b: Architectural - Major Works 2a: Civil and Structural Design - Minor Works 2b: Civil and Structural Design - Major Works 3a: Building Services Design - Minor Works 3b: Building Services Design - Major Works 4: Project Management 5: Quantity Surveying 6: Principal Designer Additional information: Is a Recurrent Procurement Type? : No
