'The Primary Care Streaming Service (PCSS) will be provided from the NGH site, at the front door of ED. The key requirements for the PCSS are: Provide the right care, by the most appropriate person, in the right setting ensuring consistent responses at the first point of contact. Streaming non-urgent cases back to primary care.'
