About this contract

'Merthyr Valleys Homes (MVH) a Registered Social Landlord based in Merthyr Tydfil, is seeking to appoint a contractor to provide scaffold for use by the internals Property Services Team in relation to maintenance of MVH's housing stock of up to circa 4 300 properties. MVH is seeking to establish with a single supplier an initial 1 year contract with an option to extend annually, at MVH's sole discretion, for an additional period of up to 9 years.
