About this contract

'Creative and Media Buying. YWS Communications department requires the following services: Develop campaign concepts to meet target audience and KPI's; Recommend channel choice based on budget; Pre-Testing of the concepts and preliminary executions on a representative sample of the target audience; Re-fine concepts and channel choice; These campaigns could be internal or external; Campaign Execution, via a full mix of channels, traditional and On-line channels; Media buying and negotiation across mix of channels; Marketing support. YWS requires the following services from the service provider: Operational literature creation leaflets/calling cards/bill inserts and messages; Brand Support. Industry best practice advice and innovation.'
