About this contract

Unitas Stoke-on-Trent Ltd require contractors to deliver scaffolding, roofing and pointing to 118 properties (113 council & 5 leaseholders) within the boundaries of Stoke-on-Trent. This project is to split into 2 separate contracts/packages - - scaffolding and roofing - pointing Contractors must ensure that they have the capacity to complete a minimum of 4 properties per week. This opportunity will be awarded based on a MEAT evaluation and the spilt will be 70% price and 30% quality. This opportunity is advertised on Pro Contract.
