About this contract

The Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office is seeking to appoint a delivery partner or partners to undertake an assessment of green skills development in Singapore and the United Kingdom in line with the UK-Singapore Green Economy Framework and the UK-Singapore Strategic Partnership. The successful partner will be responsible for delivering an output in the form of both a research report and workshops. The report is expected to (i) offer an assessment on the development of green skills in Singapore and the United Kingdom by sub-sector (ii) based on this, offer recommendations on how Singapore and the United Kingdom might deepen green skills cooperation. Applications should be made in accordance with the attached documentation.
